<p>由於甚少會將僱主供款內容加入在員工薪酬(total monthly payroll) 內，我視此內容內提到的&quot;5% MPF&quot; 是指員工供款，惟HR 現時指因當時以公司角度出發發送此訊息，所以&quot;5% MPF&quot; 實際上所指的是僱主供款，而total monthly payroll 是指月薪(包括員工5% 供款)及僱主5% 供款。<br />
請問這樣合情合理合法嗎?</p>
