<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>我想問下我2023年1月既時候搵到份full time, 但係做左2個月就轉左part time,之後12月1轉返做full time, 咁我拎唔拎到公司既annual bonus?</p>
<p>以下係我轉full time同part time既時間表</p>
<p>1月12日入職 - full time contract有annual bonus既terms係contract入面<br />
3月20日 - 轉左做part time, 冇annual bonus既terms係contract入面<br />
12月1日 - 轉返做full time contract有annual bonus既terms係contract入面</p>
<p>以下係annual bonus既terms:<br />
1. If the Employee has completed 12- month continuous employment with the Employer on [ December 31 ] each year., the Employee will be entitled to an annual bonus equivalent to the Employee’s basic monthly salary as at [ December 31 ] of the same year payable on / before the end of April of the following year.<br />
2. If the Employee has not been employed for 12 months but has been employed for not less than three months on [ December 31 ] each year, the Employee is entitled to a pro rata payment of the annual bonus.</p>
