如果當月底薪10000當月公佣6000
但放了一日法定假期和一日年假，
因為有薪假期是按照過去12月平均薪金和佣金計算
而過去一年每日平均薪金：1000和每日平均佣金200
是否將16000/30日=534得出每一日薪金加公佣
534x28天工作=14952
再加上過去12個月平均薪金加平均公佣
14952+2000（兩天平均薪金）+ 400（兩天平均公佣）=17352
這樣計算正確嗎？
