勞工法例線上諮詢 - 安排年假 https://www.hkflu.org.hk/rights_enq/ zh_TW 安排年假 (回覆) 因為職位冇固定排班，我希望年假係有需要時使用，唔想提前決定未來半年所有年假，但目前新主管想攪一言堂，改變好多決定，但我始終希望年假能夠喺我覺得需要先申請，希望諮詢該要求是否完全符合勞工法？有冇規定僱員若提前多少時間申請年假則必須批准？
