本人從事文職工作, 上班日為星期一至五, 星期六日是休息日。
平常一般病假一天, 都按公司守則有全日薪的病假津貼。

事緣本人於24年11月12日進行手術, 手術後醫生開了兩星期的病期給予休息至11月26日, 當中橫跨了數個星期六日的休息日 (即11月16,17,23,24日)。由於病假及休息日重畳, 人事部將這四天休息日當作病假給予4/5的日薪計算而非全日, 這是否正確 ? 謝謝

另外如果我在申請病假時, 只申請 11月12日至15日, 11月18至22日及 11月25及26日, 與醫生開的病假有否出入? 謝謝

合約上的上班日是這樣列名
For office employees, usual hours of work are the normal business hours of the company. Office staff have Sundays as statutory rest days and Saturdays as contractual day off.

You will be entitled to paid general holidays, including statutory holidays, as gazetted by the Hong Kong Government.

有d公司會整段時間計算4/5. 有d公司比較好，休息日會full paid
