<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>您好，若公司希望簽訂為期三年的固定合約，而我目前尚未簽署，但擬定的合約內包含以下條款：</p>

&quot;The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if they fail to fulfill the three 3 year <br />
employment contract, they shall compensate the Employer with an amount <br />
equivalent to 6 months of salary. The compensation amount must be paid no later <br />
than the Employee’s final working day. If the Employee fails to comply with this <br />
clause, the Employer reserves the right to seek compensation through legal means.&quot;<br />
「僱員確認並同意，若未能履行為期三年的僱傭合約，須向僱主支付相當於六個月薪金的賠償。該賠償金須於僱員最後工作日之前支付。如僱員未能遵守此條款，僱主保留透過法律途徑追討賠償的權利。」</p>
<p>請問此條款是否合理？如果不合理，應如何要求他們修正？</p>
