本人在一星期內放取2天年假(annual leave),
但跟據公司規定, 若有同事在這2天請病假,
我便要候召回去工作A shift或N shift, mandatory relief,
公司會以compension hours補回多出的工作時數.
我想問, 當天是我的年假, 但公司要求能隨時聯絡到我作出候召,
這有否不當?

有不當 如果要求你放假時工作 除左要比返錢你仲要補返日假比你
