Required notice period of termination of service by either party is seven days upon offer and
acceptance of this employment have been confirmed in first month, one month after first
month employment and then two months upon the successful completion of the probationary
period.
請問試用期1個月內辭職的話需要提早7天通知嗎？還是按勞工條例，不需要通知期及代通知金？
