12月19是最後工作天了

如果，12月19日是完成通知期的是最後工作天。那麼雙方的僱傭關係應在該日(12月19日)正式結束。其後日子的放假與否，有沒有薪酬，也只是僱員個人的事了。理論上與公司(僱主)無關。

請問,僱員在2021年12月6日工作已滿3個月,但在12月19日離職.僱員可以放12月25日法定假嗎?

12月19日離職的意思是12月19日遞辭職信? OR 12月19日已是最後工作日?
