<p>你好 <br />
本身上個月因工受傷<br />
行走不便<br />
工傷之前其間僱主一直自動出糧到本人銀行我<br />
合約上亦寫明每個月主動出糧到本人銀行<br />
但一發生工傷<br />
就要我到其公司收支票簽<br />
當我收支票時更不斷問我傷勢<br />
令我好不舒服<br />
想問 僱主突然轉出糧方法有冇犯法？<br />
如果佢通知左我收支票 但我唔去攞 可唔可以告佢遲出糧？<br />
如果到我離職後7日我都唔去收支票 佢又當唔當無出糧俾我？</p>
