<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In order to be elgible for sick leave payment, employee should take sick leave at least 4 days consecutive, and the sick leave payment is 80% of salary.</p>
<p>If less than 4 days consecutive, there is no sick leave payment.</p>
<p>It may be no pay leave or deduct your annual leave depend on HR department</p>
