多謝閣下的查詢，閣下在11月12日入職，試用期為1個月，在1月13日被公司即時解僱，即是應該根據試用期後的通知期規定計算代通知金，因此公司在1月13日解僱閣下，應該支付的補償是1月份的工資加上一個月代通知金。以閣下月薪11000元來計算，如休息日有薪：$4612.79(*13天工資)+$11000(一個月代通知金)=$15612.79。如休息日無薪：$2838.6(*8天工資)+$11000(一個月代通知金)=$13838.6。如有其他查詢，可致電：27793766高先生/蔡先生

*11000/31(1月份公曆日數)=$354.83 13天=$4612.79 8天=$2838.6

我在11月12日入職, 試用期為1個月, 月薪為11000元
可是過了試用期1個月, 仍然沒有新的合同,
直至1月13日放工後, 收到通知即時解僱我,
並說: I will calculate your salary + payment in lieu of notice and release before this month end.

我在1月共上班了8天.
