<p>My contract lasts from 1st May,2014-1st May, 2015, however, I am asked to change from full-time to part-time with a big reduction in salary on 26th January, 2015. Does this mean I will be stop working for my boss on 26th February, 2015, and he will have to pay me the full-time salary for that month as well?</p>
<p>Also, for my MPF, it was stated in the contract as &#039;Your monthly salary is HK$22000 including all insurance and MPF contributions. xx Limited will pay insurance and MPF contributions on your behalf.&#039; However, every month, I only receive $19800 in my bank account, is that legal and correct?</p>
</blockquote><p>多謝閣下的查詢，以閣下的情況，合約是由2014年5月1日至2015年5月1日，但閣下在1月26日轉為兼職，即1月份1月25號的薪金應照全職計算，而26至31即按兼職。不過有一個問題，轉兼職的安排是閣下要求，還是僱主要求呢?如閣下要求，即按上述做法便可以，但如果是僱主要求，閣下便需要考慮是否願意合約的更改，如果閣下不同意，僱主不能強行更改合約，如果僱主強制執行，即可能屬於不合理更改僱傭合約，閣下是可以引用僱傭條例，當僱主變相解僱，申索僱主終止僱傭金及其他解僱補償，例如一個月代通知金、按比例年假等...<br />
另外強積金方面，法例只規定僱員以入息的5%的金額作供款，如果僱主多扣了薪金，是違反了僱傭條例的，不過依閣下所說，公司在扣薪的部分，除強積金外，是作保險之用，則需要閣下同意才可以進行，如果閣下不同意，公司是不能扣除閣下的薪金來作保險費用的。<br />
