<title>辭職 雙糧問題</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>我想問下我咁既情況可唔可以拎到雙糧？</p>
<p>我係公司做左三年，計劃十二月十三日遞信辭職（last working date:一月十二日），因為搵到工要一月中開始返工。<br />
我合約寫：<br />
Year End Double Pay<br />
 You will be entitled to a Year end double pay which is equivalent to ONE month&#039;s basic salary provided that you have completed a full calendar year of service (from 01 Jan to 31 Dec)<br />
Employee who resigned with last employment date before the expiry of the payment period (ie 31 Dec) will not be paid the said pay either in full or in proportion.</p>
<p>而僱員手冊：<br />
年終雙糧<br />
僱員在公司服務滿一年並於發放上述雙糧時仍然受聘於本公司，均可獲得額外一個月的基本薪金作為年終雙糧。年終雙糧一般在每年一月十日發放，而公司有權更改發放日期。</p>
