<title>About compensation leave when resign</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi <br />
I have resign from my existing company and have several days of compensation leaves.I want to take all leave i have in the notice period to enjoy an early leave.<br />
I know that annual leave should seek my employer permission, but how about compensation leave? Is it the company must let me enjoy and compensation leave in notice period or employer have right to pay me for those leave on my last day?</p>
