你好，我的合約上註明:
During the first month of employment either party can terminate the contract at any time.

我想問，若然我7月7入職，8月6辭職的話，是否都可以即日走？？如果我8月6放工遞信辭職，第二日是否已經不用番？Thx!

多謝閣下的查詢，如閣下有試用期，而未做一個月，是可以無需通知期即時離職的。而閣下的合約只是說明可以隨時離職，但沒有通知期方面的訂明，亦沒有說明不用通知期。因此閣下可以先確認通知期的規定，再提出辭職。避免在不知情的情況下被申索通知金。如有其他查詢，可致電：27793766高先生/蔡先生
