<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>勞工法例39條(4)寫咗休息日遇上法定假日要補法定假。但之前有個count case CACV232/05 如果一星期有2日例假(優於法例)就好似未必一定補...但應該唔係人人知呢個case(有D細公司HR未必知), 如果我係員工會提出39條先</p>
