"Total Payroll" 包唔包僱主供款強積金?
於聘請前HR 以以下句子告知薪金有所調整
"If $25000 includes the 5% MPF, the basic salary will be $23809.5. We will make it to $23,800 and adding the 5% MPF, total monthly payroll is $24,990."
由於甚少會將僱主供款內容加入在員工薪酬(total monthly payroll) 內,我視此內容內提到的"5% MPF" 是指員工供款,惟HR 現時指因當時以公司角度出發發送此訊息,所以"5% MPF" 實際上所指的是僱主供款,而total monthly payroll 是指月薪(包括員工5% 供款)及僱主5% 供款。
請問這樣合情合理合法嗎?
