我想問下我2023年1月既時候搵到份full time, 但係做左2個月就轉左part time,之後12月1轉返做full time, 咁我拎唔拎到公司既annual bonus?

以下係我轉full time同part time既時間表

1月12日入職 - full time contract有annual bonus既terms係contract入面
3月20日 - 轉左做part time, 冇annual bonus既terms係contract入面
12月1日 - 轉返做full time contract有annual bonus既terms係contract入面

以下係annual bonus既terms:
1. If the Employee has completed 12- month continuous employment with the Employer on [ December 31 ] each year., the Employee will be entitled to an annual bonus equivalent to the Employee’s basic monthly salary as at [ December 31 ] of the same year payable on / before the end of April of the following year.
2. If the Employee has not been employed for 12 months but has been employed for not less than three months on [ December 31 ] each year, the Employee is entitled to a pro rata payment of the annual bonus.
