一達到418資格,僱主便終止合約,僱員通知期應是多少天?

During the first month of employment, which serves as a probationary period, either party may terminate the contract with seven days' written notice or payment in lieu. After the probationary period, employees must submit a formal resignation letter and provide a minimum one-month notice period. However, if a replacement is found within this period, the company may terminate the contract at its discretion. The company reserves the right to waive the notice period while compensating the employee accordingly.
以上是合約的終止合約說明。
我係兼職,做了7個月,剛剛符合了連續性合約418,但僱主便立即通知我,人手足夠 不需要我,以7日通知期通知我。請問僱員是否應該提早1個月通知而不是7日通知呢?
是否沒有其他賠償?謝謝
