Variable Bonus and other payments

Variable bonus maybe payable to you at the absolute and sole discretion of the company. Further, company has absolute and sole discretion to reward you with other commission, allowance or ex-gratia payment from time to time, but payment of such other commission, allowance or ex-gratia payment will not constitute any contractual obligation on the company to pay or continue to pat the same in the future.
