公司要求離職賠償六個月薪金

您好,若公司希望簽訂為期三年的固定合約,而我目前尚未簽署,但擬定的合約內包含以下條款:


"The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if they fail to fulfill the three 3 year
employment contract, they shall compensate the Employer with an amount
equivalent to 6 months of salary. The compensation amount must be paid no later
than the Employee’s final working day. If the Employee fails to comply with this
clause, the Employer reserves the right to seek compensation through legal means."
「僱員確認並同意,若未能履行為期三年的僱傭合約,須向僱主支付相當於六個月薪金的賠償。該賠償金須於僱員最後工作日之前支付。如僱員未能遵守此條款,僱主保留透過法律途徑追討賠償的權利。」

請問此條款是否合理?如果不合理,應如何要求他們修正?
