請問年假下面這樣寫, 僱主有權扣減員工那一天"Casual leave"嗎?
PAID LEAVES:
a) You are entitled to 8 days working days annual leave with pay per completed year of
service, with 1 day in addition for completed yearly service until the maximum of 18 days.
e) You are entitled to 1 day of casual leave with pay per year after probation period.
f) Casual leave can be allowable accumulated to the last date of second year.
g) The company reserves the right to forfeit the unapplied leave or previously mentioned
discretionary bonus to staff with unsatisfactory performance.
