在雇傭條例下，工資定義中，不包括項目：賞贈性質或由僱主酌情發給的佣金，這個佣金的定義是什麼？ 怎樣才符合這個佣金發放條件？

屬於不固定性支付的賞金或僱主表明是屬酌情性的。

賞贈性質的佣金即由僱主決定是否發放，金額非固定的金錢賞贈形式發放給僱員的薪酬。
「酌情發放」的意思卻是僱主可自己按照情況，決定及判斷是否發放或發放金額。

我的僱員合約上其中一點是：
Discretionary Bonus:
a) A discretionary bonus is released upon performance of the employee during the project. It is solely discretional and subjected to performance of individual employee and the project program as a whole.
b) The bonus will be HKD8,000 for 1st May 2021 to 31st May 2021
c) The bonus will be HKD8,000 for 1st June 2021 to 30th June 2021
d) The bonus will be HKD8,000 for 1st July 2021 to 31st July 2021
e) The bonus will be HKD8,000 for 1st August 2021 to 31st August 2021
f) The bonus will be HKD8,000 for 1st September 2021 to 30th September 2021
這樣是否表示到期時，公司可以唔出這個bonus 比我？也可以出一些，唔出一些？如果出，也不是計入我的工資內？
