年終酬金

您好，
想請問就本人現時的僱傭合約條款而言，假如本人在明年一月遞交辭職信辭信，能否仍能獲得年終酬金？
本人與公司的僱傭合約列明：
"You will be paid a salary of HK$XX,XXX per month; a 13th month salary will be paid as a bonus in January of the following year. The bonus will be pro-rated if you work with us for less than a full year, based on the day you begin work. We do not pay any portion of the year-end bonus to employees who leave before the end of the calendar year."
以本人理解，本人有權有下個公曆年(2022年）的一月份獲得第十三個月薪金，前題是本人做滿上一個公曆年（2021年）。
依照以上理解，即使本人在明年(2022年)一月遞交辭職信，公司亦應受合約所約束，並在一月的薪金中加入年終酬金。請問以上是否正確的理解？
