本人合約中關於Performance Bonus的條文

Performance Bonus

You will be entitled to participate in the Company’s bonus scheme which may be altered by the Company at its sole discretion. Your bonus level for on target performance is 20% of your annual basic salary, maximizing at 30%.

This bonus is normally issued in April each year and is granted to the eligible employee who are still in the employment with the Company on the bonus payout date.

我想請問如果2021嘅bonus payday 係 2022年3月31日, 我是3個月辭職通知期，而本人已經在2022年1月6日辭職， 最後工作日期是2022年4月5日, 請問公司在有出bonus俾其他同事的情況下，佢有權唔俾bonus我嗎？
