公司話上年業職差 取消year end bonus, 合約列明如下：
Year end bonus:
You will be paid for a year end bonus equivalent to 10% of your annual base salary for a completed year of service.It will not be paid if your service is terminated either by the Company or by your resigning from the Company prior to the bonus is paid out. The payout would be subject to a company performance and your individual performance.

The company reserve the right to amend your bonus program to align with company strategy.
