Annual Performance Bonus
You will be entitled to a performance bonus on an annual basis.
The amount of your annual
performance bonus will depend on the financial results
of the company and your work
performance. If your service period in the first fiscal year is less than 12 months and more than 6
months, your annual performancè bonus will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from your service
commencement date to fiscal year-end date (i.e., December 31st).
Annual performance bonus is discretionary.

想問問如果contract 咁寫係可以$1都唔出？ 因為做左1年完全無review 又唔知個bonus 幾時會出。 thank you
