Termination of Employment

Either party may terminate the employment within 2 months notice in writing or payment of 2 month basic salary in lieu of notice and you agree not to resign from your position from 1 Apr 2021 to 1 Apr 2023.

想問下如果short notice 1 month+ 1 month notice period 係咪ok? 唔洗做夠2年commitment, 因為宜家公司係咁話唔夠2年commitment 唔俾走， 但contract 跟本無寫任何penalty 如果做唔夠2年會點

做唔夠2年先算，假返性問題無人答到你。勞工法例只講終止僱傭合約雙方要俾足夠通知期或者代通知金。

因為我resign 左同寫明1 month short notice + 1 month notice period , 宜家公司唔俾我走話一定要我做夠2年。 所以想問我係咪跟足EO 2個月notices 就ok 公司點都要俾我resign ?
