前僱主有一份限制性條款合約，內容有關不樣我在同行求職。內容「you shall not, at anytime in any part of the world whether acting by yourself, your employee ………」佢嘅時間限制性是「any time」，想問此合約是否有效力？本人前僱主所經營之業務為知識產權有關之服務代理，本人前職位為助理。
