A one-month double pay will be paid in the same manner together with the regular December/January payroll, which should be paid before January 15th. A payment period for a one-month double pay is a calendar. For employees who have served the Company for less than 12 months in a calendar year, his/her entitlement to double pay will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
