Annual Leave 補差距問題
想問下如果一個月Basic Salary係$15,000既話:
ADW = $180,000 / 365 days = $493.15
而公司要做返Annual Leave Adjustment, 假如僱員於9月份請Annual Leave既話, 即:
Monthly average daily wages = $15,000 / 30 days = $500
而一般情況下會係 (ADW - Monthly average daily wages) = $493.15 - $500 = -$6.85
呢種情況下公司係僱員份糧扣$6.85屬唔屬違法行為? 定係要當作No adjustment (即$0) 處理?
