工作合約寫明if you resign before chinese new year, you are not entitled to any bonus payment
但公司慣例每年新年前都會出BONUS 而不是新年後
如果公司未到新年出BONUS 收到BONUS即刻遞信辭職 會否之後比公司追討返BONUS?
