Bonus Scheme:
After completion of each calendar year, you will be eligible for a Target /
Performance Bonus and the base amount of the Bonus applicable to your
organizational grade will be 1 month of your monthly salary. At the
discretion of the management, payment of the bonus will be determined
by the degree of achievement of targets assigned to you at the beginning
of each year. In other words, bonus payout will be strictly performance-
driven and you will receive more than the base amount if the assigned
targets could be exceeded, while you will receive less than the base
amount if the targets could not be attained. No pro-rated payment will be
granted should your employment be terminated within the year.
