查詢僱佣合約條款

在7月份,我簽過一份僱佣合約,內裡有條文是關於"project gratuity",細文如下:
As a team member for large-scale project, you are required to work for the Company till the end of the assigned projects which are scheduled to complete on XX July 2024. Gratuity equivalent to HKDXX,XXX will be granded to you upon completion of the assigned project.

Unless for medical reasons suppported by registered doctors in HK, the employee shall commit to work for the company till the end of the project. Premature leaving is not allowed otherwise he must compensate the company with amount equivalent to his total entitled gratuity.

註: 這筆酬金相當於一個月工資。

如果僱員在試用期後辭職,賠償該筆酬金予僱主是否合理?
