公司放勞工假,全職請病假,公司硬性要求扣例假,不扣人工,請問這做法對或否?

In order to be elgible for sick leave payment, employee should take sick leave at least 4 days consecutive, and the sick leave payment is 80% of salary.

If less than 4 days consecutive, there is no sick leave payment.

It may be no pay leave or deduct your annual leave depend on HR department
