本人現有合約期為2015年1月26日至2015年4月25日,離職通知期為七日,
因為將會有新工作,新的工作合約生效期為2015年4月13日,所以打算在3月底或4月頭辭職.

翻查公司的顧傭合約,相關事項如下:
RESIGNATION
The employee may terminate his service at any time by giving the employer seven days' notice in writing of his intention to resign or by paying the employer a sum equal to the amount of wages which would have accrued during the required notice period in lieu of notice.
On resignation, the employee forfeits all rights, privileges and terminal benefits of office except otherwise provided in this contract.

本人的工作日是星期一至五,星期六、日為有薪休息日,由於4月3,4,6,7日是公眾假期,4月5日是法定假期,
請問
1) 最後工作日(LAST DAY)必須為平常的工作日(即是星期一至五)、星期六、日及公眾假期等「紅日」則不包括在內嗎?
2) 七日通知是由遞交辭職信那天起計算嗎?遞交辭職信那天的日期跟信上寫的日期不同可以嗎?遞交辭職信那天必須為平常的工作日嗎? 例:4月2日遞交辭職信,而信上日期寫4月6日(公眾假期),LAST DAY為6月12日
3) 我可以4月1日遞交辭職信,通知期最後一天為4月7日(公眾假期),實則最後需要上班的日期為4月2日,3號至7號會按法例發薪嗎??
