我與某公司的顧傭合約列明辭職的通知期為一個月，exact wording :

This contract may be terminated during the period of employment by either party providing to the other one month's notice in writing or payment in lieu of notice.

我於2015年4月2日遞信辭職，列明最後工作日為2015年5月3日﹝即通知期為一個月零兩日，因2015年4月2日為假期﹞。人事部於2015年4月15日電郵通知我，公司的通知期只需一個月，單方面修改我的最後工作日為2015年5月1日。

就上述情況，公司有權單方面修改我的最後工作日嗎？

多謝閣下的查詢，根據僱傭條例第６條（4）條款，“月”(month) 指由發出終止僱傭合約通知之日起計，或由僱傭開始之日起計(視屬何情況而定)，至下個月份同一日的前一日終結時的一段期間，如下個月份並無同一日，或如發出通知或僱傭開始之日為一個月的最後一日，則至下個月份最後一日終結時的一段期間。故按合約訂明明通知期為一個月，公司是沒有單方面修改協議。
