I have a worker who is employed from 1st of April, 2015, he has attended 22 working days in April and daily wages as $1000 per day .

Afterwards, he got an accident during work on 12th May, 2015, the doctor has certificate his sick leave until June. Therefore what is his periodical payment for May? Can anyone help me to check if below is correct?

His last month income = 22x1000 = $22000
12th May - 31th May = 20 days
Therefore 22000 x 4/5 x 20/31 = periodical payment for May = $11355

多謝閣下的查詢，以日薪工資每天1,000元計算，在5月12日因工作期間遭遇意外而身體受傷，可參考如下：
工傷前計全薪(5月1日至11日減去星期日及紅日) 8天X1,000元 = 8,000元
工傷後(5月12日至31日減去星期日及紅日) 16天X1,000元X4/5 = 12,800元
5月份工資及工傷病假錢，兩者合計共 = 20,800元
