我想問下我咁既情況可唔可以拎到雙糧？

我係公司做左三年，計劃十二月十三日遞信辭職（last working date:一月十二日），因為搵到工要一月中開始返工。
我合約寫：
Year End Double Pay
You will be entitled to a Year end double pay which is equivalent to ONE month's basic salary provided that you have completed a full calendar year of service (from 01 Jan to 31 Dec)
Employee who resigned with last employment date before the expiry of the payment period (ie 31 Dec) will not be paid the said pay either in full or in proportion.

而僱員手冊：
年終雙糧
僱員在公司服務滿一年並於發放上述雙糧時仍然受聘於本公司，均可獲得額外一個月的基本薪金作為年終雙糧。年終雙糧一般在每年一月十日發放，而公司有權更改發放日期。

按你所講，應該可以，因你last day已經超出了完整曆年。
