有關double pay 問題, 我的employment contract 是這樣提及

It is our company's policy to pay one month's basic salary as double pay at year end, provided that you have successfully completed your probation and are still in employment with our company at the year end. Double pay will be distributed before Chinese New Year.

如本人想在1月中resign, 最後上班日期為2月15日(年三十晚), 傭主是否需發放有關double pay 給我, 因巳在double pay發放前resign. 而最後上班日期為2月15日(年三十晚) . 本人巳做了超過一年. 因看過勞工法例, 如在employment contract提及有酬金期, 而巳完成酬金期, 是有資格取得有關double pay的

要發放。at the year end 係講直至12月31日仍在公司在職。即使你1月1日last day，double pay係農曆新年發放，佢都係要比你，不過係另外入數比你。
