下一個end of any teaching semester係 一月。
大學就話我一係做到一月先走。
一係賠3個月錢即走，但拒絕俾我用通知期方法計算代通知金，無論幾時走一定要俾三個月，就算我通知佢我可以三個月係走都係要即俾三個月

我就一定要end of any teaching semester走，即係全年得2日。
但佢就隨時可以terminate 我張 contract
有無違法？
