僱主拒絕通知期

"Notice of service termination: as a member of our academic/teaching staff, you may resign at the end of any teaching semester by giving at least 3 calendar months' written notice in advance to the university or by payment in lieu of any shortfall of such notice to the university on condition that, without any prejudice to the foregoing, the last date of service shall always fall on the last date of the teaching semester in which your notice of resignation is tendered to the university. leave shall not be included as part of the notice period of resignation. in the event of service termination initiated by the university, you will be given three calendar months' advanced notice in writing or salary in lieu of any shortfall of such notice"
下一個end of any teaching semester係 一月。
大學就話我一係做到一月先走。
一係賠3個月錢即走,但拒絕俾我用通知期方法計算代通知金,無論幾時走一定要俾三個月,就算我通知佢我可以三個月係走都係要即俾三個月我就一定要end of any teaching semester走,即係全年得2日。
但佢就隨時可以terminate 我張 contract
有無違法?
