你好, 我想問下合約寫話簽左唔做要賠一個月. 咁佢話我個POSTITION 21 / 1 /2019 先生效, 咁我想問如果我想同新公司講唔做係咪要賠錢?

另外佢合約寫RESIGN要1個月, 我係有3個月試用期, 咁係咪頭1個月隨時走得, 唔該哂

You will be employed by XXXXXXX Limited (''the Company") with effect on 21, January 2019 until such time as your employment may be transferred to a subsidiary of the Company or an associate company of the Company under the following terms and conditions:

In the event should you decide not to join the Company after signing this contract, you may terminate this contract by giving the Company one (1) month's basic salary in lieu thereof.

23. Whole Agreement
This Agreement supersedes any previous arrangements, whether oral or in writing, between the parties in relation to the matters dealt with in it. It contains the whole agreement between the parties relating to the Employment at the date the Agreement was entered into (except for those terms implied by law which cannot be excluded by the agreement of the parties).

Sorry, 補多小小, 佢合約日期打6 NOV 2018, 但我22 NOV 2018先簽..同埋佢無點講解比我聽, 我當時又無睇清楚簽左唔番都要賠, 我自己KEEP個份佢又無要我簽名, 咁如果佢要我賠可唔可以同佢ARGUE, 定最唔好情況我番第1日話唔做
