本人的僱傭合約上簽的Leave Policy那一項是顯示"Annual leave entitlement and regulations will follow our company policy in operation on the date of signing the contract"。今天公司發郵件說Leave Policy有更改effective 2019年1月1號，但政策並沒有發放而要等到1月中旬才會發放。請問是要再簽合約嗎？如果選擇不簽，是否能更舊的policy？
