Hi,

Q1 : Working at HK company, employee contract terms: HK$ XX,xxx per month by 13 payments per
annum. The 13th payment is regarded as bonus. (Co. Join date : March ,2016 to current)

Q2 : Last year 13th payment paid on Feb 5 and Feb 7 2018. (Have cheque copy x 2 )
Each month salary paid by cheque on Feb 3 - 5
have MPF, Company BR copy. (Head office at Australia, CEO is Australian)

My boss (Asia Regional Director) message us :
Soon will distribute the 13th month payment, so the MPF is include. (only received Feb salary), 13th month payment not received yet. (assume received on/before Feb 5, Chinese New Year)
