5. Probation
1. Your probation period is three (3) months from the Commencement Date or such extended period as the Board in its sole and absolute discretion deems fit ("Probatlon Period")
2. At the expiry of your Probation Period, the Company may issue you a letter of confirmation of your Employment income.
以上係僱傭合約內其中一項，本人在這公司連續工作3年多，一直都沒有再重新簽一份正式合約。這算是過了試用期嗎？
因為商場有消息租約期滿，且不能續租。如果裁員，我能得到 遣散費，及一個月代通知金嗎？
我應該什麼做，有什麼建議嗎？
