你好,想問一下本人現工作合約為每月5天,如上一個月無遲到早退,下個月會多一天獎勵假(有薪),但近來因市道差導致生意不好,有數次提早關門,公司已表示這個月已沒有獎勵假,近日再有新指引一定要員工簽名(已簽),指引為員工會有一天無薪假,即每月5天例假,但第5天為無薪,想知道僱主有沒有觸犯什麼勞工法例呢??

Attendance reward:
One additional day off is to be granted which is to be consumed on the upcoming month in the case that the employee is punctuated reporting to work, without early leaving against schedule, unpaid leave, or sick(excluding annual leave)in a month.
Monthly day off:
The employee is entitled to five days off per month according to the duty roster.
