The employee will be entitled to public holidays based on the Statuory Holidays in accordance with the Employment Ordinance. Sunday is the rest day. And Saturday is considered as a regular day off and not statutory rest day.
If a public holiday happens to fall on a Sunday, staffs will not be compensated with an alternative rest day or payment in lieu.

During propation, there will be no payment for banking / satutory holidays and the same shall be withheld from the salary on a pro-rata basis until confirmation of employment after probation period.

由於 2/8 及 3/8 (星期六，日) 是本人之休息天，根據合約上之內容，2/8(六) 應被理解為 a regular day off and not statutory rest day. 而合約上列明試用期內，銀行假及法定假期是無薪的，但並無寫明 regular day off 無薪。
所以僱主應支付 2/8 (六) 之薪金給我，對嗎？
