請問合約內有寫做滿12個月會有gratuity, 這是必定會出還是可比可唔比的性質? 因為問舊同事, 他們都說以往從没有出bonus, 但我看合約時記得除了有gratuity外, 合約內還寫有discretionary bonus, 後者我當没有。

"There will be an additional one month salary of HKD 20,000 entitled as gratuity upon completion of 12 months of employment."

另外, 我2017年3月10日入職, 如果2018年4月6日辭職, 還可以獲得gratuity嗎?thx~
