我份合約對年尾雙糧係咁寫，想問如果我十二月中遞信，一月中離職，咁佢可唔可以唔出雙糧比我
因為今年老闆突然話係未出雙糧前遞信無得出，佢其實有無權咁做
公司往年都係12月最後一個工作日連底薪一齊出

End of Year Payment
Upon completion of 1 years’ service with the Company, the Employee is entitled to an amount equivalent to the Employee’s 1 month’s basic wages and on a pro-rata basis if the Employee does not complete a full year of service with the Company by 31 December of each calendar year.
